We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and undergarments are final sale.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Canada. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, West49 ships exclusively within Canada and the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to international skate fans soon.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return an online order in-store?
