At West49, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Log into your West49 account or use our guest return portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels remain attached to the garments.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
